Adding second user

    Thankyou for the response in adding a second user with limited access to editing.  I notice when I go through the steps of adding a user it states upgrade to enterprise.  On reading this is required for 3 or more users.  Am I able to add the second user without upgrading from my current plan (silver) and if so how do I go about this?

    Hi @scootbyday,

    I do apologize for the previous answer about adding a second user but as of October of 2018, the sub-user feature was discontinued. The only way to add another user would be with an Enterprise account.

    I was looking at your previous thread and you wanted the other staff to just view the submissions but not do any editing. With your account being, HIPAA enabled to view the submissions you would have to log onto the account but then the users would have access to do edits.
