Card Form Contact Details

Hi, just wondering if it's possible to have more than one field per card when creating a card form?  I would prefer to have only one card with name, email, address and phone number fields (essentially all of the contact information in one section before clicking next).  Is this possible at all? Thank you!

As you may know, the Cards Layout was purposely designed to show one question at a time. However, in a single card so you can use the MULTI-LINE QUESTION field in some limited questions.
