Exporting data to Excel: SUM not working in a column(field)

    For the debit memo file, when I download the Excel report for all submissions in the Inbox, the sum function does not correctly add up the values in the unfiltered column titled original chargeback value.  Highlighting all the values does not correctly sum either.  Is there a way to fix this?

    That is happening because some of the values contain the dollar sign ($), so they are read as text, nor as numbers. You would need to format/convert the whole column to numbers.
