Submit button not appearing on JF links

I have deleted, reapplied the submit button, saved, etc.. the button appears on the build page but is gone once published and only accessible on the new JF page window if the user chooses 'YES'. (https://form.jotform.com/81787813484167). Do I need to use a secondary 'Submit' button? Am I missing something simple? Is there an issue on the JF side that can correct this in mass without having to rebuild individual forms? I have 11 affected forms. Please help!

*Also! when building the test form, I noticed that the Submit button populated itself without me adding it to the form (screenshot attached).

The submit button is not showing on that form, because you have created a condition.

Please note that it will show only if the condition is met. If you want it to show all the time, please remove it from the condition, example:
