I cannot add a logo to my form

I am trying to add a logo to my form and I get the message that the file type is not supported.  This is not a problem that I have had before when I have done it.  The files I have are Ai and PDF.  Can you please tell me what file types are supported?

Please try using ".jpeg" image file or ".png" image file to your logo image.

- You need to click the Add your Logo to the form.

- Select the Upload tab and upload the file.

Please try it again and let us know if the issue still persists.
