Accidentally deleted custom URL

    I'm in the publishing tab and I tried to enter a custom url but it will not allow me.  Now I already created this form and has been published and am receiving submissions and I went in and accidently deleted the url address.  So I went in to reenter the custom url and it gives me an error that says that the url has been deleted.  It will not allow me to copy the link either.

    And when someone wants to go into the site it gives them an "oops site is not available" error.

    Hi,

    I have tried to access the link you provided and was able to replicate the issue. I received an 404 error which means the URL is invalid.

    I inspected the form on your account and saw that this is the custom URL that was created:

    https://form.jotform.com/Brillionchamber2018/best--brightest-awards-nomination-f

    Please note that some special characters such as "&" are not allowed to be included in the URL.

    Also, I would suggest using shorter names for your Custom URL like "NominationForm".
