Unable to login nor able to reset password

    Hi,

    We have been having trouble with passwords for the last week or so.

    Today we cannot login nor are we able to reset the password.

    Please advise.

    Hello Paula,

    Could you let us know what trouble you are facing with the password? Also, did you face any error while logging in today?

    I could see from your email log, that you had successfully reset the password.

    If not, please clear your browser cache, log in using your username instead of your email and then reset the password.

    Thank you for your reply
    I have just tried Jotform again and it has worked.
    However, when I sent the email to you this morning Jotform was NOT letting me log in, I had a similar problem on Monday.
    The password was reset yesterday because my colleague could not log in, passwords have been a problem over the past week or so.
    We will advise if there are further issues.
