    Sorry, but we do not provide phone support. I could not find a linked account with your email address through which you have logged this issue.

    Is this regarding the "New JotForm Enterprise Sales Contact Request" form that you had filled out? Please let us know what issue you are facing so that we could guide you accordingly. You could also email your queries in detail to enterprise@jotform.com

    Thank you for providing this additional information. It seems that the Silver monthly on the account with registered email pilotbaptist@pilotbaptist.com did not automatically renew. Please check if the linked credit card expired or changed. If yes, please update the payment details and pay for the monthly plan.
