How to pass data from different software to jotform?

Hi,

I am redirecting to Jotform from a different form software. I would like to pass the name and email information to prefill hidden fields on the jotform. The form in question is the one called The Right Solution For Your Law Firm.

How can I pass this information to the jotform so I know filled it out?

To clarify, you want to pass data from a different from software to your Jotform? If so, you can use the URL parameter for that.

How can I make it so the fields are hidden on the page and only populated
from the url?

You can use the prepopulate app to get the unique name of the hidden fields in your form: https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Show hidden fields first so the app can see the fields then enter a value in the hidden field and generate a URL. You can then use the generated URL and then replace the generated value to your other form value.

Could you please let us know what other software you are using so we can check it if it's possible to pass data from there to Jotform?

The other software is Wufoo.com forms.
