Actualizar de plan

¿Para actualizar el plan que tengo es necesario pagar todo el plan nuevo o solo la diferencia del plan viejo al nuevo?

Ya que el 05/08/2019 pague 19 dolares por el plan bronce

Since you are paying your subscriptions via PayPal, you must cancel the first subscription for the Bronze plan in order to get refunded. Once the subscription is cancelled please let us know and we will proceed with the process.

Ya esta cancelada la Bronce, podrían por favor hacer el reembolso, porque ya contrate ahora el plan plata (silver)
