Emails not being directed correctly

    My forms are not being directed to the emails I've set up.

    You have a few forms in your account, can you please mention the form in question and the email addresses that you aren't receiving emails?

    So far when I check your email history from the past week to present, I could not find any emails that failed to be sent. They were all successfully delivered to all its recipient emails.

    These never came thru to us.

    We are sorry to hear that. Since the emails are properly sent from our server, would you mind checking them in your spam folder or your block list? It is possible that those emails were flagged as spam or was blocked on your end.

    With your latest notification, I can see that you're using SMTP. Did the SMTP fixes the problem? Since you're using your SMTP server to send the emails, you may check with your SMTP provider if it's relaying the emails properly.
