Dear JotForm Team!
Our colleagues are supported by the JotForm application. Thank you, great work!
There is a problem! Some forms do not match the content of the form and the PDF domain. It's annoying! We tested it several times. Of course, we have filled in all the fields.
I'm attaching screenshots attached.
Please help! What's the mistake?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I would suggest you to please delete the existing PDF document from your form's PDF editor and add a new one. Please check the screenshot below:
Please add a new PDF document by clicking on the "+New PDF" and that will solve the problem you are having.
