How does this app work?

How does this work? I set this up and I submitted a test form and nothing is showing on my dropbox folder. Am I missing something? Also, how do I manage this app? Can I go somewhere to make adjustments?

I tested that app and the integration are working fine on my end, please see screenshot below:

The first name is the one chosen as the file name, if integration does not work for you then please try re-integrating your form in the dropbox/reports to cloud app. That may work/fix the issue.
