It says that my account had been Auto suspended

    Good Afternoon, 

    Please advise why i can not log into my account it states that it has been auto suspended

    Your account is auto suspended by our Phishing system because of your Customer Information form. This form is used to collect login credentials (username and password), which is against our Terms of Use

    Phishing. You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    We will only lift the suspension of your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending fields.

    Yes please delete the offending fields, to lift the suspension on my account.

    I have removed the Username and Password fields on your Customer Information form and reactivated your account.
