Some text fields do not appear in the final email submission. why is this?

Hi,
You can check the settings of your submissions for the fields to appear or which fields you would like to include on your submission reports. You can access the settings by going to the submission page, click the settings icon on the upper right panel of the page.
Or if you are using the New PDF editor version go to your 'Inbox Settings' page to access your submissions then you could see the Field settings to hide/show fields.
