Change from PDF Form Converter (beta) to regular form

I created a form using the PDF Form Converter and now I want to change it to a reguler form.  I want the link that I send people to be just the form I created.

Unfortunately, imported fillable PDF cannot be converted to regular web forms. You would have to build it from the scratch through the form builder: https://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form
