Signature field has issues

    Hello JotForm,

    During the time period of July 26th - August 2nd our signature widgets were not properly working. We had complaints from our customers and tested it our selves. The issue was not being able to click into the signature field that appears. I revisited this issue this week and it appears that the issue was fixed. I know some times ad blocker effects the fields, however, we made sure they were turned off during the time period mentioned above. 

    I wanted to reach out and ask JotForm if you were aware of this issue and if there was an update/bug fix implemented for signature widgets recently. This would help us out tremendously if you could verify that. Then internally we can determine if the issue is coming from our end of the website.

    Thanks for your patience. From my backtrack, it appeared there was a minor bug fix during the said period. Nonetheless, I would suggest that you also check through your end of the website and make sure that everything is working perfectly too. This is to make sure that there are no risks of this occurrence repeating in the foreseeable future and that we both continue to enjoy a frictionless collaboration; as always.
