    I sent a message/request hours ago.

    I was chatting and got cut off and then the button disappeared. You have no phone support. I am a paying customer of yours and have a question. Please reply

    Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support and our chat support is mostly available from 9 AM to 7 PM EST when the forum is manageable. However, we are very active on forum answering questions within a couple of hours. You can send in questions here and we would be more than happy to assist.
