Some of my users are submitting reports but they are not being recieved.

    I have a few users who are submitting reports, making it all the way to the "Thank You" page, but the form never shows up in my inbox or theirs. Are there any tips you may have on correcting this? Is there something else i can look into that may be causing this?

    Did you mean to say that the form is not sending Notification and Autoresponder emails? I checked you form 91223551362147 and see that there is no Autoresponder email set. Please set up an Autoresponder email so the user will be notified when he submits the form.

    Also, it seems there are 15 email templates out of which 14 are conditional emails. Please do note that the conditional emails will only be triggered when the condition satisfies.

    And I see there are 12 recipient emails for one of the notification email template. But, the limit of the number of recipients for notification email is only 10. Please create a different notification email for extra 2 email addresses to avoid any issues.
