    Hi,

I'm interested in moving to JotForm but have the following questions:

    1. Does JotForm have workflow functionality with internal responses to created forms submitted?

    2. If Yes, will the internal responder require to login into JotForm?

    3. If Yes, how does the workflow function?

    4. If Yes, can automated e-mails and notifications be created based on that response?

    Best,

    Jack

    1. Does JotForm have workflow functionality with internal responses to created forms submitted?

You can create an approval process workflow in JotForm. Notifications will be sent to managers, staff, or anyone needed in the approval process. Autoresponders will be sent to your customers. You may create different Autoresponder Templates for approved or denied customers. You can check and follow our guide here:

    https://eu.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

    2. If Yes, will the internal responder require to login into JotForm?

You will be able to attach an edit link to your notifications and autoresponders. So, it will not be required for the responders to login into JotForm.

    3. If Yes, how does the workflow function?

    Here is an example:

    - A user submits a form

    - Manager A receives it via email and reviews the entry

    - Manager A confirms and approves it by editing the submission and re-submitting it

    - Manager B (or someone else) receives another email after Manager A's approval

    - The user receives an email whether he is approved or denied

    4. If Yes, can automated e-mails and notifications be created based on that response?

You can send email based on users answer. You can check and follow this walkthrough:
