How to reset form that has already been submitted

    Hello there,


    I am trying to reuse a previous form, but it is not allowing me to update information. For example, I can not have new selections come up as "available". They are crossed off and say "none remaining". Please advise on how to correct this. Do we need to create a new form all together? Or can we still update the one we have.

    Hi Laura,

    You have existing submissions in the form. To reset the number in the widget, you need to delete the submissions. You can also increase the number in the widget settings to make the items available again. Let's say your previous settings is 10, adjust the number to 20.

    I’m sorry but I don’t understand. We are using the forms to have students select lockers. We used this form last year. We updated the form and we want to use it again ie make the locker available again for a student to select. There’s only 1 student per locker. At the moment all the lockers that were selected last year come up as unavailable.  There’s only 1 locker per student so increasing the wicket to 2 wouldn’t help.

    How do we reset the survey without having to recreate it?

    Just click on the widget's wand icon.

    Now increase the value higher than 1 so remaining item will be available again.
