How can I stop form from going back to top frequently?

Hey guys, one thing i have noticed is while filling out the form on my iphone alot of the time it takes me back to the top of the form especially when adding pictures, this means everytime i fill out an audit form i go back to the top 15 or so times just to finnish 1 form... any fix for this?
