Email recipients can not view attachments

    My recently created Facility Audit, when it is emailed to recipients, they can not view the attached photos.  However, I am able to view them.  And this is not just when I log into the website, but simply from the emails that are sent out.  Can you help with this?

    I did check your account and found that you have enabled Privacy setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files". This will not allow your users to view the uploaded files when they receive the email unless they logged in to your account.

    Now, to remove this restriction. Please go to your account settings:

    Look for the Privacy setting and uncheck the "Require Log-in to view Uploaded Files":
