    Dear Jotform Customer Service Representative,

    Currently we are using jotform to register people have them purchase our private lessons. We are now about to launch a course and we want to limit class registration. We have found a nifty inventory widget in jotform, which we plan to use to limit the number of people who can register into the class.

    We have a few questions for you, about this.
    Does jotform have:
    1. A way to send an automatic email that the course is full, and;
    2. Can we create a waitlist contact form to send/attach to that email, so we can collect their information/ create a waitlist for the next course?

    Attached is a live link to the registration page we currently have. Perhaps there is an additional function in jotform that we can use to achieve our objective with what we already have set-up. We are not sure how to do that.

    Your support is appreciated.

    Thank you so much,

    Holly

    You can try the Form Status (Disable on submission limit) option. It will disable the form once you reached the submission limit.

    Please check my demo form first and let me know if that's what you're looking for: https://www.jotform.com/92376539750972

    Keep in mind that the demo form reached the submission limit and it is now showing the Warning Message which you can update/change it the way you want.
