We will be glad to help you with your concern. However, I just can't seem to find the embedded form on the website you linked in your post. Can you tell us how exactly can we get to where your form is located, please?

If you want to embed your form as a pop-up, you can follow the instructions in this guide — How-to-Open-Your-Form-in-a-Popup-Window

Or, you might also consider having a lightbox form instead — How-to-Create-a-Lightbox-Form

There is workaround where you can make the lightbox embedded form to automatically open when the website loads — How-to-Auto-popup-a-Lightbox-Form

However, the options above might not work for you because it appears that your website is created in Wordpress.org and we only have this option when embedding forms to a Wordpress.org website — Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-Version

I would also suggest that you contact the support from Wordpress to check the possibility of your requirements.

You can try using this method if it will work on your Wordpress site: How-to-Open-Your-Form-in-a-Popup-Window

Or if you're aware of the anchor tag of your "download now" button, you can try replacing its Hypertext reference with this one:

    Here's the code: https://pastebin.com/Zn8tsayu

Please try that and let us know how it goes.

I did check your website and though the popup opens but it does not display any content. It seems the popup code to load window source was not added correctly.

Have you tried "Popup Builder" wordpress plugin? Please try it our and see if that solves your problem. You may also like to take a look at our lightbox form and see if that fits into your requirement. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/220-How-to-Create-a-Lightbox-Form
