Why can't people submit my form twice?

     I BUILT A JOT FORM IN ORDER TO GATHER DATA FROM MY STUDENTS. I USUALLY ATTEND BETWEEN SEVEN TO TWELVE CLASSES PER SEMESTER. AFTER TESTING THE FORM WHEN THEY WERE REQUESTED TO FILL THE FORM, THEY ARE GETTING THE MESSAGE "Lo sentimos! Solamente una entrada esta permitida." "Sorry, only one entry is allowed".

    Hello.

    We are sorry that the previous thread didn't fix the issue. I have cloned your form and replicated the issue from my end. To fix this issue, you need to go to your Form Settings, click on Show More Options, scroll down and set Unique Question setting to No Check.
