Issues with upgrading my monthly plan

    Dear Sir or Madame

    Approximately one week ago I have upgraded my monthly plan to the "bronze package". Then suddently when I checked my account yesterday my account was beeing downgraded. After that I tried to upgrade again, received the confirmation and today I have just the basic plan again.

    Could you please help me here. We have a event going on and need the registration form as fast as possible.

    Since your other subscription was canceled, your account downgraded. But I restored your account it's on the Bronze plan now.
