How do I get chat help

Yesterday I used  a chat feature to solve a problem. How do I get back to chat help?

The Live chat feature is not available at all times, as it is dependant on the amount of support related queries. When it is available, you can see it in your account > My Forms page. Usually, it is available from 9 am EST onwards.

As of now, if you have any query, please let us know via this support forum and we will answer them.
