How can I remove Jotform footer from template?

Hi, I have a paid subscription but Jotform still shows up on my template. Looking to remove. Can you help?

Login in to your JotForm account, go to your Account settings - https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck the JotForm branding option as shown below.
