Stop Email for intentional blank submission

    I have build a simply delivery schedule that goes out every day, but each client doesn't have an item to be delivered every day. If there is no delivery, I don't want them to receive an email.

    I have configured a form with 5 text fields that must be sent to 5 recepients.

    I have managed to remove 4 text fields from each template so that each recepient only receives the text field applying to them, this works.

    Problem is, if a text field is blank, I want to system to avoid emailing that particular recepient. Is this posible?

    Since there are five recipients and each should be sent an email only when a field that is related to them is filled, you could consider setting an email notification condition where emails can be sent to different recipients based on the answers filled in the form. This way, when a field is not filled, the concerned recipient will probably not receive an email notification.
