Why it says reached form limit when I have only three forms?

Hello! I'm having this issue with your platform. I want to clone a form but this message appears:

But, as you can see in this screenshot:

I only have 3 forms. What can I do?

This is a really good web app, keep up the good work!

Other forms are in your archive folder, I tried to delete a form in the archive folder and the form count changed to 8.

You need to delete the form in the archive folder or the form must be in the trash folder before you can create another/new form.
