Issues with Internet Explorer?

Hi there, great service, love it, just did a bunch of forms for a Gynecologist and just couldn't be any easier or better.

One issue though, it seems forms will not submit using Internet Explorer?  Gets stuck on Please Wait I'm told. Is that an issue you commonly see?  I agree it's a sub-par browser no doubt, but many of our form fillers are kinda old, so I wonder about their prowess with different browsers.  Can always put a disclaimer of course, but I figured I should ask if there is a solution or work-around?

This is not something we commonly see. We do recommend Google Chrome or Firefox but the form should work on all browsers. I cloned one of your forms and dis a test via IE11 and was able to submit. In theory, the issue might be caused by their browser settings (e.g. disabled javascript or something else) Do you know the IE browser version that is causing the issue?

May we know if the Form is embedded on any website? Please let us know the Form URL or the website URL. We will have a look at it.

It is possible that due to some add-on or Antivirus installed in the machine, blocking the page to submit.
