Account was autosuspended

    Hi, 


    I can get into my account. First i was able to connect and i started create a from. He website made me log out and when I tried again I had a message that my account is frozen or something like that. can you help me. Accountname Unikvoyages

    As checked, your account has been auto-suspended by our system as this form: Autorisation de carte de crédit contains plain text fields that collect Credit Card information. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use.

    You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    You can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with this integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.

    Lastly, we can reactivate the account but we need to delete the infringing fields from your form. You must also agree with our Terms of Use.
