Not receiving Password Reset Email

    Greetings - 

    I've tried several different logins/passwords/emails and nothing seems to work.

    I have checked the email address you have used in opening this thread and it is not linked with any Jotform account.

    stgregsdre is the username
    I changed the email address, which is my problem.
    I think it might be re@stgregs-sanmateo.org if adizon is not working.

    Upon checking, I didn't find any account associated with the email address you mentioned in your last reply. Also, there is no Jotform account that has the username stgregsdre.

    Can you share with us the link or URL of any form that is saved in your account, please? Or, if you are receiving an email notification every time your form gets successfully submitted, you can provide us your email address where you are receiving the emails.
