How can I recover deleted/missing forms when my account is downgraded?

    Can you get the forms back for me?

    I checked your account and I can see that you upgraded it to silver plan. Deleted/hidden forms in your account must be displayed now because your account have a subscription.

    Please try to log in your account to another browser as well if you still can't see your forms. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before logging in your account.

    If the issue persists, can you please provide us the URL of the form that is still missing?
