Why I can't see my answers when I download the form as a PDF?

When downloading the form in PDF answers are blank, while in the form the answers are there - how should this be handled?

Can you please assist?

I've cloned your form and checked. After answering the questions, I download the PDF file and I see that the answers inside it.
