How to send a PayPal invoice invoice to the email field?

I've set up Paypal Invoicing, how can I use the input and calculation my representatives fill in on the form to send to a consumer as an already filled in form all the consumer has to do is receive a notification with this form https://form.jotform.com/92468383771166  to pay the total based on the user defined option.
