I cannot view uploaded files after form submission

SRES. DE JFORM: Cree un formulario el mièrcoles pasado y me enviaron 8 o 9 formularios  que llevan datos y 4 fotos cada uno. Pues bien, me llegaron los datos pero no las fotos. Solo del primer formulario m

e llegaron dichas fotos, luego ninguno de los otros cargaron sus fotos. Como es esto?...Mi pregunta es si sigue pasando esto voy a tener que quitar el link de mi pagina al formulario y no usar mas Jform.

Por favor necesito respuesta URGENTE. Mi mail es escorturumaster@gmail.com.

I apologize for the troubles caused. I have checked your mail log from our end and I could see that the emails sent to you contain links to the submission uploaded. 

To view these uploads, you can consider modifying your privacy settings and uncheck the REQUIRE LOG-IN TO VIEW UPLOADED FILES. With this checked, you would only be allowed to view uploaded files when you are logged in on your account. If you uncheck it, then you view the uploaded files any time.
