Airtable Integration: giving me a limited amount of Jotform fields I can match.

Hi, I am trying to integrate Jotforms with Airtable but it is only giving me a limited amount of Jotform fields I can link, like name, email etc. But not the fields I have add for the survey.

I have tried directly linking Jotforms with Airable and also using a Zapier integration. Both preventing me from linking all fields.

    Please advise and thanks!

    Gavin

To map the form fields first, you need to match the type of both of the fields. Which means you can only map a name of Airtable with the name field in the form and the email field can only be mapped with email field in your form.

Could you please tell what is the field type of "how often do you excersise?" in Airtable?

The field in Jotforms is "How often do you exercise each week?" and the input should match with "how often do you exercise?" in Airtable. Do they need to have exactly the same titles?

    Hello Gavin,

There's no need to create exactly same titles for fields. From what you have shared on screenshot, it seems that field in your Airtable has unsupported type for the dropdown to be mapped. Could you please check if you can change field type for your "how often do you exercise?" in Airtable?

Please try changing it to one of types suggested by integration, a textbox would be preferred I guess:

Hi Victoria, I am using Jotform for a multiple choice survey so I really need people to have the option to input a yes/no answer or choice of up to three options. Will that not link to Airtable?

Please make sure to set this configuration in you Airtable field:

    1) Put the title, it does not have to be the same.

    2) The field type must be a Single Select(dropdown).

    3) Add the same options that you have in your JotForm Dropdown field:

Then you will be able to match the fields:

And the selection done in the form will be passed to your table, example:
