Form not working in Safari

    Hi! 

    My form was working on all platforms, however, it stopped working on Sarafi last week.  I have cleared my cashe and it is still not working for me or for others.  I am confused about what happened, but our registration is due today and it is causing a lot of issues with the site not working.
