Remove Jotform branding

    i have paid the upgrade fee and it is not reflecting on the site. the brand is still showing and keeps offering me to upgrade to the bronze which I have already done....

    I have checked your account and you're subscribed to Bronze Monthly.

    To clarify, do you want to remove the Jotform Branding?

    Kindly go to your account settings> then uncheck " Show Powered by Jotform on my Forms".

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    I’ve done that and it’s still showing. The account is also showing that I
    have an free account yet I have paid for the bronze and received a receipt.

    Your account is on the Bronze plan and does not contain any forms. Where does the Jotform branding show?
