Hello,
I spoke with Monday.com and apparently there is an issue with how you are using the API to integrate with Monday. When an edit is made to a form submission that is linked to a board on Monday.com, it does not updating the existing pulse. It creates an entirely new pulse which is a disaster. It has the same submission ID? Why is it not linked? Please help.

Unfortunately, the current integration with Monday.com only allows either
1. creating an item/pulse
2. or creating an update to an item, like below, and not to update an item
Once the data is forwarded to Monday.com, we do not keep a link of the JotForm submission to the created Monday.com item.
