Are there known anomalies submitting JotForms using the Chrome browser?

I maintain a multi-page entry form used by 300+ people in my non-profit club. The form is relatively straightforward with a variety of question styles, including a photo upload and a paypal fee that conditionally activates. This is the second year that I have used the form and both years I have fielded several complaints because we did not receive their submission. Talking through their experience, many of these users filled out everything correctly but the email logs show that no confirmation email was even attempted. A common denominator seems to be that they were using the Chrome browser when completing the form. In some cases, they switched browsers and were able to successfully submit the form.

Are there any known anomalies when using Chrome to complete JotForms?

    Thank you for your insight.

Hi! Our forms should work correctly in all browsers. I assume there may be a user error or some sort of network problem. Have your users received a Thank You message? We can check the form closer to see if there is any problem with settings. To do so, please link your form here and provide some more information on the flow users are having. Do they submit form via any web page?
