exporting encrypted data

Unfortunately, once you have turned on form encryption, you cannot export data. The following is disabled once your forms are encrypted:

PDF Downloads, Reports, Emails that contain form data in them. 

You can only view submissions by logging in and entering your private key.

To be able to export the data, you may have to turn off the encryption on the form.
