op uw website heb ik het brons abbonnement genomen.

Echter heeft de website mij automatisch voor een heel jaar belast. De bedoeling was om elke maand die 19 euro te betalen.

Hoe lossen wij dit op, want ik wil mij niet direct een heel jaar committeren vanwege het beschikbare budget.
