Is it possible to export offline data as xml in Jotform?

I have a use case where the device can never directly connect to the Internet. In this situation can an xml file be generated from form and attached to email and sent ?

Is this or a similar solution possible ?

This is for offshore use at sea where forms have to be filled offline and this data has to be sent back ashore asap.

Jotform has an offline feature for mobile form app, but data only stays in the app until you sync it online. Unfortunately, there's no option to export it in XML.
