I've been trying to access a form for the past 3 days, but on every device and every browser I used, it just gave me a "page is unresponsive" error message. The closing date for the form is tomorrow and I really need to access it. The link is https://form.myjotform.com/82772828964575

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test this form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to access this form without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
Is there any firewall or antivirus which is blocking the access to form? I would suggest you to please temporarily disable firewall & antivirus to see if that solves your problem.
