Start filling page prior to the form

    Hi

    How do I set up a page for customers view before actually filling in the form?

    It would be a pdf I would want to have up at the start, with the button 'start filling' which then took them to the form to fill.

    There is an example below of how someone has done it.
    I would like to do the same.

    The example form you have shared is an imported PDF form in JotForm. Please note then when you import PDF in JotForm, the preview of PDF is displayed in the first page.

    Do you want to import & convert your PDF form or you want to show a PDF document in the first page of your form? 

    If you just want to show a PDF document in the first page of form, it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding "PDF Embedder" widget in form.
