First, to submit the fillable PDF form it must have a submit button. Then you need to use a FOXIT PDF reader or ADOBE PDF reader to submit the form.

    https://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf-reader/

    https://get.adobe.com/reader/

I have tried to do this using Adobe Reader and it won't work.  How does Adobe Reader know where to submit the completed form?

Some more detail about this would be helpful.  I can't find any advice on your FAQs, User Guide etc.

    Hi @BCOS_MMcGrath!

When you first open your fillable PDF form in Acrobat Reader for example, and click on the blue Submit button, the program will ask you to verify that you trust jotform.com. There will also be a warning on the top that you would have to set to Trust this one time or Trust always. After that, each time you fill out the form and click the Submit button the submission will automatically go to your JotForm account and notification and autoresponder emails will be sent out. The fillable PDF form acts the same way as a regular online form. If you change the recipient for your email notification in the form Settings>Emails, the downloaded PDF form will automatically trigger the notification email to be sent to the new address upon clicking the Submit button.

Whenever I click on the Submit button on the fillable PDF form I receive this pop-up message:

One or more fields are required.

That message meant that there were fields that has not been filled yet. Please review your fillable PDF in Jotform and see what fields are required. If all fields are filled and the issue persists, please send us the file so we can test it on our end.

You can upload the PDF to the dropbox or google drive and share with us the download link.

    Looking forward to your response.
