Upgraded Account - did we lost submissions?

    Hello, we reached our free submission allowance and therefore upgraded our account.  While we were updating, would the survey have turned people away since we reached the limit of submissions?  How does that work?

    Hi Steph!

    If you have reached the 100 submissions per month limit while still on the Free account, then it is possible that your forms were temporarily disabled and displayed a "Form Over Quota!" message, preventing users from submitting the form.
